Furnace repair, installation and maintenance in Dundas

Dundas is the oldest housing stock we work in. Homes in the valley and up on the escarpment, around Sydenham Street, King Street West and the older streets off Governors Road, date from the 1900s to the 1960s, and many were converted from coal or oil to forced-air gas decades ago with ductwork that was never sized for it. The result is furnaces that are too big for the house, short-cycling through the winter, with a cold room or two at the end of the duct run. A fair number of Dundas homes still heat with hot-water radiators, which we service and repair as well.

We size replacements to the house rather than to the label on the old unit, and we seal and rebalance the old ductwork so the new furnace can actually deliver. Dundas is part of the City of Hamilton, on Enbridge gas, and inside our same-day repair window.
